Overdue

I dug some old stuff up from the school year :D (mostly for the people back home who were asking...sorry, nothing new yet). The first one was an assignment for Animation class with Mike
Nguyen. We needed to draw ourselves when we were 6 years old.

This second one was an assignment to draw the environment for your 6 year old self. I wish I'd spent a little more time on this one. I'm still kind of figuring out Photoshop (from a drawing/painting perspective). Luckily, I have a lot of classmates who are a-MA-zing with the software, so I can always look to them for inspiration and guidance.

This last one was a group project for Story class to vis dev an idea for a feature length animated film. It was our first (and only) group project, and I learned a lot from it. Many thanks to lovely groupmates Elle, Amelia, and Natalie! <3

That's it for now! I have one crappy storyboard, and one animation test with me, but those will take a little time for me to make them web-friendly.

PSAid

Ahh well, so much for updating regularly. Almost an entire school year has passed since my last post, and what a hectic one it has been. The new first-years arrived yesterday for Accepted Student Event and I was overcome with such a strange feeling watching them through the Palace door- that was us, not too long ago.

Right now we are closing in on film deadlines, so no new art. However, I did have the opportunity to collaborate with my classmates on public service announcements for a competition. The two that our class presented are Dragon and Heart; together- DragonHeart. I want to watch a movie. It's been a long time *sigh*. Anyway, they are embedded below~ There are a few other videos and many poster ads to see too, just click on the "back to list" link in the upper right corner, under "professors". Voting begins on April 13th so please vote for your favorite one!
